About the Space.

Perched above Lake Eildon. The panorama is still at dawn, mist-drenched by mid-morning and dripping in gold at dusk.

Inside, hotel-grade bedding pulls you under like you're floating on the lake itself. Outside, the plunge pool slaps you awake and then the sun beds slow you down again.

Mount Buller is 50 minutes away. Ski the day, return to quiet, warmth and your own space. Mansfield sits 20 minutes away for coffee or supplies.

Here, nights run late and morning's start slow. Minds wander. Bodies follow.

On property experiences.
Open-Air Cinema

Big screen. Bigger stars. We provide the projector screen and streaming services — you choose the film.

If you get bored? The night sky is a pretty good backup.

Paddle Boarding

Stand Up Paddle Board through a cathedral of ghostly trees… or fall in trying.

Either way, unforgettable. Especially during golden hour.

Plunge Pool & Tanning

Bake. Dip. Stretch. Sip. Repeat. Slip into the plunge pool to cool down. Fan out on the tanning beds for the slow burn. Sun overhead, lake breeze on your skin, drink in your hand.

No fuss, no frills — just the way summer should be. Or winter, if you're into that sorta thing.

Cooking Over The Fire Pit

Gather round. Feel the heat on your brow. Hear the sizzle of meat on the flames and let the fat hit the coals. You can almost taste it right now, can't you?

This is cooking stripped back — fire, flavour, and a bit of ash on your jeans. (Veggies work too, if you're that way inclined.)
